The Symmetrica array is designed to give excellent imaging and high sensitivity. Thirty-two aluminum
cone woofers per side to move plenty of air! The symmetrical layout has the advantage of providing identical output across
the full horizontal coverage of the array. The result is very stable and precise imaging.
We selected a "true" ribbon tweeter versus a planar tweeter for higher sensitivity and more extended
horizontal off-axis response. The light ribbon element has exceptional transient response.
Due to the driver spacing and the optimal crossover point the 3" cones cones make it all possible. We
also have designed a matching subwoofer that blends well with the higher crossover point needed for a small woofer. A
deluxe outboard passive crossover is standard; however, we also can provide a fully-active DSP array with DEQX capability.
We can also configure the speaker as a 16-ohm load for OTL and SET amps that favor a higher impedance.
