Warranty (Assembled Speakers)
All
assembled speakers have a two-year warranty on parts and workmanship. Line array systems are repaired on-site within the warranty
period. For systems other than line arrays service will be provided by a local authorized repair center at their site or you
may return the speaker to us for repair. Before you ship back the speaker please contact us so we can troubleshoot the problem
and if needed issue a return authorization. When shipping your speakers please be careful to use the original packing material;
however, if you don’t have the factory-supplied packaging please contact us so we can advise you on the best way to
package and ship them. Customers are responsible for any freight charges to the
repair center and Selah Audio pays for the return freight.
The
warranty excludes abuse (burnt voice coils), accidental damage (such as tweeters poked in by your toddler), and cosmetic damage
(scratched cabinets,etc.). Unauthorized modifications to drivers or crossovers will void the warranty.

All
kit parts are covered by a one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. Simply contact us with the problem and we’ll
issue you a return authorization. Ship the defective part to us (freight prepaid) for examination and a replacement will be
sent to you at no charge.
The
